HV SYSTEM BUILDER · STEP 02

Build a starting-point system.

Work through the project requirements, power class, battery platform and PV input. The builder turns your choices into a readable preliminary configuration you can send for review.

SUPPLY SCOPE

What Solar Salvation Tech ZA supplies

Our standard product supply is limited to battery systems, inverters / PCS and PV panels. Protection equipment, cabling, racks / mounting structures, combiners, switching equipment, installation and other site materials are not part of the standard supply scope unless a formal quotation explicitly states otherwise.

HOW TO USE IT

You do not need every answer before you start.

Use the builder as a structured first pass. Pick what you know, leave unknown fields alone, and let the review stage show you what still needs technical confirmation.

01 · Project

What are you building?

Start with the job the system needs to do. This changes the language and review points in the summary.

02 · Power architecture

Choose the power conversion class.

Select the starting point for the system. Exact model selection remains part of technical confirmation.

Hybrid inverter pathwayUse the 30, 50, 80 or 125 kW Deye model as a starting point.
03 · Battery platform

Build the storage side.

Choose the battery family and the number of modules you want to investigate.

Module quantity8 modulesSelect a battery family.
Add a load + backup target to calculate a starting quantity.
Battery banks / parallel battery inputsThe builder models each bank as one series battery stack on one inverter battery input. Parallel-bank/BMS approval still needs confirmation.
04 · PV + loads

Tell us what the system must carry.

These numbers are optional. Enter a total continuous load for a quick estimate, or build the load from individual equipment rows. If you add any row with a non-zero load, the schedule becomes the calculation source.

Load schedule

Build the load from the equipment.

Optional detail. Use the normal running load and a simple start/peak multiplier for motors, pumps, compressors or HVAC. Once any row is above 0 kW, its total becomes the planning load used by the builder. This does not model motor starting transients.

PV string planner

Check an initial string arrangement.

Enter values from the exact panel datasheet. The planner does not guess Voc/Vmp or temperature coefficients from the panel wattage class.

Review
Still requires engineer / supplier confirmation

Approved BMS pairing, exact battery/inverter communications, PV string voltage/current and site conditions still need confirmation. Solar Salvation Tech ZA supplies battery systems, inverters / PCS and PV panels only; site protection, cabling, mounting, switching, installation and related electrical works are outside standard product supply.

Rule set checked 24 September 2026 against manufacturer-published product data loaded into this site. Source references and warranty documents are available in the Technical Centre. This is a planning aid, not an electrical certification.
