Choosing your configuration
These are battery-family options, not an approved pairing list for every Deye inverter. Check both the lower and upper operating voltage, current and BMS requirements before choosing a module count.
The brochure’s usable-energy figures use 90% depth of discharge, 0.3C charge/discharge and 25°C. Actual usable energy and power depend on the configuration and operating conditions.
What your quotation should include
Battery modules, compatible cluster control box, rack arrangement, inter-rack connections and included cables. A brochure example does not change the equipment specified in your quotation.
Nominal energy (kWh) is storage capacity, not continuous output (kW). These specifications do not guarantee runtime, current stock or compatibility with every inverter. Warranty terms are confirmed for the supplied equipment.

Deye's official product page lists 10 years. Final coverage remains subject to the applicable warranty policy, region and supplied revision.
Good practice: keep the exact model / revision, serial numbers, original invoice, installation date, commissioning records and fault evidence together with the system handover pack.

Can I request a specific inverter size?
Yes. Include your preferred size or exact model in your enquiry. This range accepts enquiries for 30–50kW inverter requirements. The exact inverter and battery combination must be confirmed; not every model and battery configuration can be used together.
How much battery capacity is included?
There is no single fixed battery capacity for this range. Tell us your preferred capacity, or describe your project if you need guidance. Your quotation specifies the battery module quantity and total capacity.
How do I choose between BOS-G Pro and BOS-B Pro?
Send us your preferred inverter, battery capacity and project requirements. We can clarify which range to consider for your enquiry. Final selection depends on the exact equipment and configuration, with compatibility confirmed before ordering.
Can I add LONGi panels?
Yes. Request LONGi 590W, 620W or 635W panels and your preferred quantity in the quote form. Exact models, availability and suitability for the selected inverter are confirmed before ordering.
Does the bundle include installation and all site materials?
Installation is not part of our standard supply. Protection equipment, cabling, mounting / racks, combiners, switching and other site materials are also outside the standard supply scope unless a formal quotation explicitly states otherwise.
How do I confirm stock and collection?
Include your required timeframe when requesting a quote. Availability and collection arrangements are confirmed with you. Wait until your order is confirmed ready and the location is agreed before arranging collection. Delivery is not included.
